This document standardizes the content of subscription services, service usage specifications, local data protection rules and relevant user rights and interests. All users who activate, purchase or use the Eariey subscription service shall be deemed to fully recognize and accept all terms stipulated in these Subscription Terms. All subscription service functions run based on local device processing, and always adhere to strict user privacy protection specifications.
All information processing behaviors generated during the user's subscription service use are completed locally on the user's device, all user-related service data and creative content information are only stored on the local user device, and all local information will be completely and permanently deleted when the user actively deletes relevant content or application data. Eariey does not collect any facial data, facial feature information, facial biometric data or any face-related identification information in any form during subscription service activation, use and renewal. All facial elements contained in the user's creative works generated under subscription privileges are only processed and stored locally.
Eariey provides users with optional premium subscription service to unlock advanced creative functions and exclusive usage privileges. The subscription service is a paid personalized service based on the application's basic local creation functions. After activating the subscription service, users can access advanced earring style material libraries, support higher-definition image and video generation, obtain unlimited iterative creation opportunities and other exclusive functional rights.
The activation and use of Eariey subscription service will not trigger any collection of user facial information. The opening of subscription privileges only changes the scope of available functional modules of the application, and does not add any information collection permission. All advanced creation operations under subscription rights are still completed through local device computing, and no facial feature information in user photos and creative works will be extracted, recorded or collected by the application.
The subscription service is completely optional for all users. Users can choose to use the free basic functions of Eariey or purchase premium subscription services according to personal creative needs. The application does not force any user to activate subscription services, and the use of basic core creation functions is not affected by subscription status.
Users can complete subscription activation through the official payment channel built in the Eariey application. After the user completes the payment operation, the subscription privilege will be automatically activated and take effect on the current user's device. The subscription service authority is only bound to the local device used by the user at the time of activation, and all privilege verification and function unlocking processes are completed locally on the device.
In the whole process of subscription activation, payment verification and privilege unlocking, Eariey does not collect any user facial information. The subscription verification system only verifies local service authorization qualifications, and does not scan, identify or collect any facial information in user local photos and creative content. All facial information is always kept in the user's local device and is independently controlled by the user.
The application does not require users to log in to any account to activate subscription services. Users can complete subscription purchase and privilege activation through local device operation, without submitting any personal identity information, and without any facial information verification and collection behaviors.
The exclusive privileges of Eariey subscription service cover all advanced local creation functions of the application, including high-resolution picture generation, ultra-clear short video export, exclusive earring style templates, unlimited prompt adjustment and creation iteration, batch work processing and other functional rights. All privileged functions are expanded based on local device processing capabilities.
All advanced creation functions under subscription privileges adhere to the core rule of not collecting user facial information. When users use exclusive subscription functions for earring style creation and video production, all facial processing and visual rendering are limited to local device operation. The application will not collect, store or transmit any facial feature information contained in the user's subscription-exclusive creative works.
All creative works generated by users using subscription privileges are still private local content of users. The application only provides advanced local technical support for content creation, and does not obtain any ownership and information access rights of user works, especially without any facial information collection behavior.
All service records, privileged use records, advanced creative works and other data generated by users during the use of subscription services are all stored only in the local storage space of the user's device. No subscription-related data and creative content will be uploaded or stored remotely.
Eariey strictly implements zero facial information collection for all subscription users. Whether users use free basic functions or paid subscription advanced functions, the application will not perform any facial data extraction, facial feature analysis and facial information recording. All facial elements in the works created by subscription users are only processed locally, and the application has no ability and behavior to collect related information.
Users have absolute independent control over all local data generated by subscription services. Users can independently save, preview, share and delete advanced creative works generated by subscription privileges. After the user actively deletes local content, all corresponding data including visual content containing facial elements will be completely cleared from the local device without any residual information. Eariey no facial information is collected.
The subscription service will not generate any additional data storage and information collection behaviors. All functional iterations and privilege updates of the subscription service will always maintain the local processing mode and zero facial information collection standard.
Users can choose different subscription cycle packages and complete independent renewal operations according to personal needs. After the subscription period expires, the user's exclusive advanced privileges will be automatically invalidated, and the user will return to the use state of free basic functions. The expiration of subscription service will not affect the local creative content saved by users during the subscription period.
During subscription renewal, cycle switching and service expiration, Eariey still does not collect any user facial information. The subscription status verification and privilege invalidation operations are all local function judgment behaviors, which do not involve any scanning and collection of user local facial information and creative content.
After the subscription expires, all local creative works generated by users during the subscription period will still be retained in the user's device. Users can still view, export and share the saved local works, and the application will not actively delete any user local content or collect any facial information in the works due to subscription expiration.
Eariey will continuously optimize subscription service content and advanced functional experience according to product iteration progress, and add more local exclusive creation privileges for subscription users. All service optimizations and function updates are based on local device processing and will not change the core privacy protection rules.
All subsequent optimization and iteration of subscription services will always adhere to the principle of not collecting user facial information. Any new advanced functions launched for subscription users will complete all content processing locally on the user's device, and no facial information collection, upload, storage and analysis functions will be added in any service update.
