This User Agreement sets forth the standard terms and conditions for all users to access and use the Eariey mobile application services. This document clarifies the service rules, user usage specifications, content management standards and core privacy protection rules of Eariey. All users who open and use the application will be deemed to have recognized and accepted all terms of this User Agreement. All service functions of Eariey are designed based on local device operation and fully protect user private information.
All information processing operations of Eariey are completed locally on the user's device, all user-related information is only stored on the local user device, and the stored information will be completely deleted when the user actively deletes the content or data in the application. Eariey does not collect any facial data, facial feature information, facial recognition data or any biometric information related to the user's face in any form throughout the entire use process. The application only realizes earring style visual creation and image and video content generation based on the photos selected and imported by the user, and all facial elements in the user's imported photos are only processed locally on the user's own device, without any form of collection, upload or remote storage.
Eariey is a lightweight local visual creation application focused on earring style preview and photo beautification creation. The core services provided by the application include local photo import, personalized earring style rendering, text prompt driven visual optimization, image generation and optional short video clip generation. All service links are operated independently on the user's local device with simple and intuitive operation steps.
Eariey never collects user facial information during the provision of all services. All portrait processing and visual creation work is completed through local device computing, and the application will not extract, record, analyze or store any facial feature information contained in the user's imported photos and generated works. Facial information involved in the creation process always stays in the user's local device and is completely controlled by the user.
The application does not require any account registration, personal information filling or profile creation. All core service functions can be used directly after launching the application, realizing zero-threshold daily creative use for users.
Users shall use Eariey services in a standardized manner in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Users are entitled to independently use all local creation functions of the application, independently edit creation prompt content, generate visual works, and independently save, preview, share and delete local creative content.
In the whole process of user standardized use, Eariey does not trigger any behavior of collecting user facial information. No matter the user imports portrait photos, adjusts creation parameters, generates new works or manages local content, the application only executes local visual rendering instructions, and does not actively acquire or retain any facial related data and biometric information.
Users shall not use the application to create inappropriate, offensive or non-compliant visual content. Users shall bear full responsibility for all creative content generated through local operation, and the application does not participate in the creation and setting of user content and does not obtain any content information including facial elements.
All operation records and creation behaviors of users are only generated and stored locally on their own devices. The application will not record any user operation track, nor will it retain any facial information generated during user use.
All original photos imported by users, text prompt content input by users, newly generated pictures and short video works are all private local content of users. All content is only stored in the local storage space of the user's device, and no external storage or transmission will be generated.
Eariey strictly adheres to the rule of not collecting user facial information in local content management. The application's built-in work management module only provides local content display and operation functions, and does not scan, identify, analyze or collect facial feature information contained in user local works. All facial elements in the content are completely owned and controlled by the user.
Users have the exclusive right to manage all local creative content. Users can independently save works to the device album, share works through local installed application channels, delete single or multiple historical works, and clear local creation records. All deleted content will be completely erased from the local device without any residual data.
The application does not have an automatic content retention function. All user creative content will only be retained after the user's active saving operation, and no hidden data storage and facial information retention behavior will occur. Eariey no facial information is collected.
4.1 Local Image Creation Service
Users can select local photos through the application's studio module, input personalized style description of earrings including color, shape, texture and atmosphere, and complete local image generation through device local computing. The whole creation process does not rely on external network resources and all calculations are completed locally.
The local image creation service does not involve any collection of user facial information. The application only performs style overlay and visual rendering on the basis of the user's original photos, and does not extract any facial feature data, contour information and biometric features in the photos. All facial information is only processed locally and will not be acquired by the application. Eariey no facial information is collected.
4.2 Local Video Generation Service
On the basis of completed local image works, users can choose to trigger the optional short video generation function. All video synthesis, frame switching and dynamic effect rendering are completed inside the local device, and the whole operation is completed in the same application interface without tool switching.
The local video generation service always maintains zero collection of user facial information. During video dynamic processing, the application only optimizes the overall visual effect of the work, and does not identify, record or collect any facial information contained in the video screen. All video content and internal facial elements are only stored locally on the user's device.
4.3 Historical Work Viewing Service
The application provides an independent My Works module for users to view all historical local creative works. Users can view full-screen previews, re-export local files and share completed works at any time, and can clean up invalid content according to personal needs.
In the process of viewing and managing historical works, Eariey still does not collect any user facial information. The module only realizes local content display and does not carry out any data analysis and information collection on facial elements in historical works, ensuring that all user facial related content is only mastered by the user personally. Eariey no facial information is collected.
Eariey is a pure local creation tool without any social function, content push function and information collection function. The application does not set up user account system, identity system and member system, and all users can use all core functions equally without any identity authentication.
Eariey is not equipped with facial recognition, facial detection, biometric analysis and other related functions at the technical level, and has no technical ability to collect and process user facial information. The product function positioning is only local visual style creation, and facial information collection and analysis are never within the service scope. Eariey no facial information is collected.
The application interface is reasonably divided into creation area, work management area and preview area, with clear functional logic. Users can freely switch functional modules and carry out iterative creation according to personal creative needs, and all operation behaviors are limited to local device interaction.
Eariey reserves the right to optimize and adjust application functions, interface display and operation processes. All function updates will still adhere to the core principle of local operation and zero collection of user private information, and will not add any information collection functions.
Any subsequent service optimization and function iteration of Eariey will always maintain the rule of not collecting user facial information. All updated functions still complete data processing locally on the user's device, and no facial information collection, upload or storage behavior will be added in any version update.
